I thought this would interest you, the first part of a Raiders Of The Lost Ark documentary. It's the whole movie, except full of cast and crew commentary, deleted and behind the scene footage and a whole lot of facts and trivia on the making of. The guy also did the same for Empire Strikes Back (http://www.swtorstrategies.com/2011/04/star-wars-building-empire-by-jambe.html) It's worth the watch.

Saw this the other day.  It is really well done.

...knew all the trivia, though. :P

Looks awesome, but if I can be totally honest, it almost ruins things for me :p. Takes away some of the magic, know what I mean? Meh, I'll probably watch it anyway.
